Committee Chair Michael Ross opened the meeting at 9:00 a.m. and thanked everyone for attending. He gave an overview on the progress of the subcommittee working on the statewide program to educate Texas citizens at the local level.
Emily provided an overview of the research findings and a proposed campaign strategy for the statewide program to educate Texas citizens at the local level.
On a motion by Lambert Little and a second by Jim Jeffers, the committee recommends that the TCMA Executive Board approve the Statewide Campaign to Educate Citizens as presented by I&O Communications.
With nothing left on the agenda, the meeting was adjourned at 10:10 a.m.
