Cancellation and Substitution Policy
If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $45 cancellation fee will be assessed if written cancellation is received by 5:00 p.m. on January 10 (for Session 1) or March 13 (for Session 2). No refunds will be honored after January 10 or March 13, respectively.  

Dress Code
Attire for the workshop is business casual. Please remember that meeting room temperatures vary and dress accordingly.

Special Accommodations
