Karen Daly called the conference call to order at 1:30 p.m. and thanked everyone for participating.
Two ethics cases were reviewed. The committee recommends to the Board that there is no merit to the case concerning (name redacted). The committee recommends to the Board a private sanction in the case concerning (name redacted) for violation of tenets 2 and 3.
Nick gave a report for future online ethics courses. The committee recommends to the Board that the current course be updated in lieu of writing a new course. Kim will contact eStrategies to research cost and resetting the current system so those who have completed the current course will be required to pay for the new, updated course should they choose to complete their ethics training online. Nick, Valerie, Ed, and Hugh will update the current course.
Karen will contact Martha Perego to discuss a Train the Trainers ethics course.
