Conference Call

TCMA President Bert Lumbreras called the conference call meeting to order at 11:00 a.m.
Participants on the conference call were: TCMA President Bert Lumbreras, assistant city manager, Austin; TCMA President-Elect Dan Johnson, city manager, Richardson; Randy Criswell, city manager, Canyon; TCMA Immediate Past President David Landis, city manager, Perryton; Kim Pendergraft, TML staff.
Bert Lumbreras presented the proposed FY 2012-2013 budget for TCMA. The committee discussed various revenues and expenditure line items.
On a motion by Randy Criswell and a second by Dan Johnson, the committee recommended that the TCMA Board approve the proposed budget as presented.
Bert presented the proposed FY 2012-2013 budget for the Texas Foundation for Local Government. The committee asked Kim to do some research to determine if there are options available to avoid incurring fees. It will be determined at that time if other options should be considered for the final disbursement of funds and discontinuation of the Foundation.
On a motion by Randy Criswell and a second by Dan Johnson, the committee recommended that the Foundation Board approve the Texas Foundation budget as presented.
There being no further business, the conference call was adjourned at 11:50 a.m.
